Every member is really important as no one started at the top and no one will be there forever. I would focus my energy on those people that seem to be the most active in the forums, blogs, groups and videos. By active I mean people that not only start meaningful discussions, but reply with text comments to discussions started by other members.
Focus on those people that seem to add extreme value to the community as these are people that probably go the extra mile and continue to build a strong network of music business professionals.
More often than not the people that you'll be able to work best with are the people who are at the same level as you are in the music industry. Together you'll forge strong relationships online and off by exchanging information, resources and tools to help each other grow. Within that mix you'll find that your career may move forward faster.
