FOR ME Inc., Southern Style DJs and the Villages of Carver Family YMCA invite all aspiring High School DJs to apply to participate in an upcoming 5 Week-DJ Workshop Series hosted by THE SOUTHERN STYLE DJS.
Many of the hottest DJs in the country will participate and lend their knowledge and experience to 15 aspiring Teen DJs. DJs participating in the series include DJ Jelly, DJ Smurf (Mr.Collipark), DJ Drama, DJ Scream, DJ Holiday, Greg Street, DJ Hotsauce, DJ Sense, DJ T Roc, DJ DOC, DJ Brad, DJ Mist, and the legendary Kool DJ Red Alert.
Students will learn "The Business Behind Being A DJ", "The Evolution of DJ Technology", "Researching Music Trends", "Artist & Label Politics", "Building Your Brand", the various "Career Opportunities" available to the professional DJ and more.........
The Series is FREE to Metro Atlanta Area Students Only! SPACE IS LIMITED....and students must submit their DJ Series Application by May 16th.
This is an incredible opportunity to introduce interested students to the actual career and the behind-the-scenes business of a DJ, as well as, interact one-on-one with some of the biggest DJs in the music industry.
